Consulting Services Rates
We specialize in working closely with clients to customize trips that best suit their travel style. On average we spend 15-25 hours working on a trip from initial discussion to the day of departure and even more if we are needed during travel! Our #1 goal is to make your trip a success, to take the planning weight off your shoulders and to make the process fun!
As with most professional travel advisors we do charge Planning and Research Fees. Please see below for an overview of our rates.
Custom Trip Services
Includes hotel, transportation, tours & 5 concierge reservations
$600+: Initial research fee - - includes up to 5 travelers, 1 country, 7 days of travel
$200: Location proposal with up to 3 general destinations. Additional initial research fee of $600+ once location is chosen.
$200: Additional late booking charge for trips booked within 21 days of travel.
$500: Additional late booking charge for Festive trips (December 20 – January 4) booked after September 1st. We do not accept Festive requests after November 1.
$250: Concierge fee - - For clients who would like more than the 5 concierge bookings offered with our initial research fee.
Destination changes after initial proposal will incur additional research fees.
Cancellation Fees:
Any substantial change made after the original booking has been processed and deposit received may incur a handling fee per booking per change. No changes within 14 days of travel.
Hotel Only Services
Includes hotel reservation assistance, access to amenities where applicable
$200: 3 personalized recommendations in one predetermined destination
$75: Predetermined Virtuoso hotel reservation and access to our VIP amenities. Alternatively clients can Book Online complimentary.
$75: Predetermined hotel reservation outside of the Virtuoso program.
$400: Concierge Fee - - For trips up to 7 days. $100 per day for each additional day. Includes the planning of all transportation, activities, dining and logistics.
Cancellation Fees: Hotel only booking will not incur a fee from Ruby Rosen Travel, but will be subject to hotel terms & conditions.

Cruise Services
Includes cruise research, stateroom selection, assistance with excursions.
$350+: Initial reservation management fee - - includes up to 2 staterooms, 14 days of travel
$200: Cruise proposal with up to 3 options. Additional reservation management fee of $350+ once cruise is chosen.
$250 : Assistance with up to 3 Cruise Line Excursions. $50 for each additional.
Private excursion planning services available - - fees vary.
Late booking charges to apply as per Custom Trip Consulting Services above.

Flight Services
Brownell Airdesk: Includes expert knowledge of airlines, airports, schedule changes, preferred seating and the best value and schedule for your trip. 24 Hour Help Line. Domestic: $75 Per ticket International: $125 Per ticket
Cranky Concierge: We partner with Cranky Concierge to best help our clients be supported during their travels. Their primary expertise is air travel, which includes everything from planning and booking flights to helping with issues that arise during travel and 24/7 day of support.
