 Consulting Services Rates

As with most professional travel advisors we do charge Planning and Research Fees. Please see below for an overview of our rates.

 

Custom Trip Services

Includes hotel, ground transportation, tours & concierge services

  • $700+:  Initial research fee - - includes up to 5 travelers, 1 country, 7 days of travel

  • Additional late booking charge for trips booked within 30 days of travel OR after September 1 for Holiday / New Years travel.

  • Destination changes after initial proposal will incur additional research fees. 

 
 

Hotel Only Services

Includes hotel reservation assistance, access to amenities where applicable

  • $300: 3 personalized recommendations in one predetermined destination, booking of chosen hotel and basic reservation management.

  • $75: Predetermined Virtuoso hotel reservation and access to our VIP amenities and basic reservation management.  Alternatively clients can Book Online complimentary. 

  • $75: Predetermined hotel reservation outside of the Virtuoso program and basic reservation management.

  • $500: Concierge Fee - - For trips up to 7 days. $100 per day for each additional day. Includes the planning of all transportation, activities, dining and logistics.

 
 

Cruise Services

Includes cruise research, stateroom selection, assistance with excursions.

  • $450+: Cruise proposal with up to 3 options, booking of chosen cruise and basic cruise management.

  • $350 : Assistance with pre/post extensions, cruise-line excursion planning

  • Private excursion planning services available, fees vary.

  • Late booking charges to apply as per Custom Trip Consulting Services above.

 
 

Flight Services

Brownell Airdesk: Includes expert knowledge of airlines, airports, schedule changes, preferred seating and the best value and schedule for your trip. 24 Hour Help Line. Domestic: $75 Per ticket International: $125 Per ticket

Cranky Concierge: We partner with Cranky Concierge to best help our clients be supported during their travels. Their primary expertise is air travel, which includes everything from planning and booking flights to helping with issues that arise during travel and 24/7 day of support.

Cancellation & Other Fees  

  • Ruby Rosen Travel may charge additional research and concierge fees for last minute changes and add ons. 

  • No changes within 14 days of travel.
